About the artist

MysDeeque has a story tell. The underground music scene started for her, whilst on a date. She ended up in a warehouse in Oxford, wide eyed and bushy tailed dancing to Acid House until the next day. She became immersed in the free party scene and became a key communicator to find these sound systems. Attending the likes of Sprial Tribe, Circus Warp, Bedlam and DIY parties all over the UK she knows the scene inside and out. MysDeeque has witnessed the underground scene with its genres develop over the years. MysDeeque with theatre and music at the heart of all she does became a performance DJ and Host that has been playing disco and house music at many UK festivals and events. She is the happiest in a field, with a sunrise and the biggest sound system in the area - freedom... Alongside DJing MysDeeque works as a dramatherapist and is an Artistic Director of her own Immersive Theatre Company, Orbis Productions Ltd, in which one the the events is 'VELVET' that runs regularly in Brighton that provides an immersive clubbing experience with a velvet twist ; ) Music has been for the past thirty years her life and passion...x
