Frequency Ratio is about showcasing the best, deep, immersive ambient, electronica, leftfield, breaks and techno. It aims to explore the more leftfield side of these genres – sometimes more unusual, perhaps darker, perhaps less obvious. Stemming from listening to the Journey by DJ mixes the show tries to take the listener on a meandering cross-genre journey.
Luke Thomas has been a DJ/Producer for over 20 years, having held DJ residencies at local Brighton clubs as well as other locations and playing a range of genres from tech-house/minimal/deep house to techno and drum & bass, Luke has always enjoyed mixing a wide variety of electronic music genres. With music production releases on Bush/Boo Records, Reverberations, Luke also runs his own label, aptly named: Frequency Ratio.
